About This Workshop

If you've ever felt like traditional self-care advice doesn't quite fit your reality with chronic illness, this workshop is for you. We'll explore how your nervous system responds to chronic stress and illness, and introduce frameworks for thinking about care that feels more sustainable and realistic.
