Neurodivergence Support

How Rachel Can Help:

✔️ Inattention, Impulsivity, and Hyperactivity: It’s difficult to keep your mind and body on one thing for the time required for important tasks. When you are communicating and/or moving, it’s described as sudden, jolty, and not always well thought-out, affecting your self-confidence when talking to friends, family, and coworkers. Maybe your mind follows this pattern, too.

✔️ Disorganization, Time Management, and Forgetfulness: Time is (unfortunately) the only thing we can’t make more of - so let’s make the most of it! Not with agendas and apps, but through practical, scaffolded tools that offer opportunity for both responsibility and forgiveness. Together, we will learn to prioritize based on values you hold important - not your parents or workplace.

✔️ Emotional Dysregulation & Executive Dysfunction: Emotions are near-impossible to manage, heightening our stress, “anxiety of anxiety”, and general frustration. Brain-fog makes dealing with higher-level cognitive functions like decision-making and complex problem-solving a long, drawn out process. We avoid and procrastinate - and worst of all, no one seems to get it!
