50-min session | $200

90-min session | $280

I accept FSA/HSA (Flexible Spending Account/Health Savings Account), credit cards, and debit cards.

I do not accept insurance. If you meet medical diagnostic criteria, I can provide you with a medical receipt (a superbill), which you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. This will require a medical diagnosis to be on record. It is your sole responsibility to contact your insurance company and verify your out-of-network benefits.

Our first point of contact will be in a free, 20-minute consultation (click here to request). This gives you a chance to ask any questions you may have about the therapy process. Next, if you decide you’d like to schedule a session, we’ll see what’s available on the calendar, and I’ll set you up with an online client portal where you’ll review and e-sign paperwork.

I typically ask to see clients weekly for the first 4-6 weeks, depending on how our conversations are going. I’ll be clear and upfront with you about what I’m noticing in our sessions, and I’ll encourage you to do the same. This is a collaborative process that works best when we explore how things are happening rather than simply what is happening.

I practice from two frameworks, Somatic Experiencing and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. Together, we’ll work on building a vision of what you want your life to look and feel like so that you have a clear foundation before deciding which goals you want to set. My therapeutic framework is aimed at helping you reduce physical and emotional pain, connect with loved ones better than before, and find joy in your life again.
